EXCUSE ME, BITCH? It's Giving Very Much 007: The Spy Who Came From Irvine
Story covers criminal charges — all parties are presumed innocent until proven otherwise.

Chyyy... EXCUSE ME, BITCH? A REALTOR? From IRVINE? Busted at LAX with a boarding pass to China?? Glowgetters, pull up a chair — because this one reads like a movie script, and every line of it comes from a federal complaint.
THE ARREST. Per the DOJ and CBS News: Wanying Zhang — 34, an Irvine real estate agent, a naturalized U.S. citizen who also goes by Heather — was arrested Sunday, October 4, at Los Angeles International Airport as she tried to board a flight to China. The charge: acting as an unregistered agent of the People's Republic of China. She made her initial appearance in federal court in Los Angeles on Monday.
THE MISSION. Per the criminal complaint: in September 2025, Zhang and an unidentified associate traveled to the Pacific Northwest to conduct surveillance on the family of a high-ranking Taiwanese government official — the feds identify the target as Ting-Yu Lai, the son of Taiwan's president, who lives in the Seattle area. The trip, per the affidavit, was planned during a June 2025 visit to China, coordinated with Chinese government officials.
THE CAMERA. September 1, 2025 — and this is the part that reads like cinema: a NEIGHBOR'S security camera caught Zhang and her associate filming the target, his wife, and their child at the residence. And per the affidavit, her texts to her handler that day: "Saw him, young male, it's the young one." And: "I am videorecording." The feds say she transmitted photographs, video, and the license plate numbers of two vehicles from the property.
THE AFTERMATH. After the arrest, the FBI searched her Irvine home. The case is running out of the FBI's Los Angeles field office.
MORGAN'S TAKE: "Excuse me bitch? This is what it's come to? It's giving very much 007." And listen — a realtor with a double life, a president's son in the scope, and the neighbor's camera doing what governments spend billions on. The girlies who watch spy thrillers for FUN: this is why we pay attention. The suburbs are not neutral, baby.
"Saw him, young male, it's the young one." — Zhang's alleged texts to her handler, per the affidavit
THE FINE PRINT. She is CHARGED, not convicted — presumed innocent until proven otherwise, and everything above is the government's allegation as filed and reported by the DOJ, CBS News, ABC7 and UPI. The associate is still unidentified. The case is in its earliest days, and none of the allegations have been tested in court.
Glowgetters, the group chat is OPEN at the bottom of this page: most cinematic arrest of the year — is it the LAX perp walk, the neighbor's Ring cam, or the fact that a REAL ESTATE AGENT was allegedly out here running surveillance? Come argue with me.
