Halle Berry & Olivier Martinez Custody Drama

Chyyyy... not Halle Berry and her ex-husband Olivier Martinez fighting AGAIN — and this time the allegations are serious.

According to court documents reported by Page Six, Martinez accused Halle of physically attacking and choking their 12-year-old son, Maceo. A judge has since granted a temporary restraining order and restricted Halle's visitation while this plays out in court.

Now, I need to know what happened that made this situation escalate THAT far. Because choking your child? Absolutely not. Child abuse is never acceptable.

But listen... I come from a different time, okay? Back in the day, if you stuck your nose too deep into grown folks' business, somebody's mama might've had you questioning every decision you made that day. But all jokes aside, there's a BIG difference between old-school discipline and putting your hands around a child's neck.

And Halle... girl. Let me find out you really like that.

At the same time, these are still allegations, and Halle's attorney is pushing back against Olivier's version of events. So before we start convicting anybody in the court of social media, there's clearly more to this story that needs to come out.

Whatever happened between them, I genuinely hope Halle, Olivier and their son are able to find some kind of resolution and peace.

Because at the end of the day, when a family is at war, nobody really wins — especially the child caught in the middle.
